Important Annuity Disclosures 

Annuities are long-term insurance products designed for retirement savings and other long-term financial objectives. Annuities offer tax-deferred growth, meaning taxes on earnings are generally not due until funds are withdrawn or distributed.

Withdrawals of taxable amounts are subject to ordinary income tax and, if taken prior to age 59½, may be subject to an additional IRS penalty.

Surrender charges, market value adjustments (if applicable), and other limitations may apply to early withdrawals.

Multi-Year Guaranteed Annuity (MYGA) Disclosures

A Multi-Year Guaranteed Annuity (MYGA) is a fixed deferred annuity that provides a guaranteed interest rate for a specified period.

Interest rates are guaranteed for the selected guarantee period only. Upon renewal, renewal rates may differ from the initial guaranteed rate.

A Market Value Adjustment (MVA) may apply to certain withdrawals or surrenders prior to the end of the guarantee period.

Optional riders and features may not be available in all states and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Fixed Indexed Annuity (FIA) Disclosures

A Fixed Indexed Annuity (FIA) is a long-term insurance contract that provides principal protection with the opportunity for interest credits linked in part to the performance of one or more market indices or model portfolios. Funds allocated to an index strategy are not directly invested in the stock market.

Index-linked interest credits are subject to limitations including caps, participation rates, spreads, and strategy terms. 

Past index performance is not indicative of future results.

Optional riders and enhanced benefits may be available for an additional charge or subject to specific conditions.

Chartline Bonus offers a Bonus Rider which offers a that is based on the selected product term and the age of the oldest owner. Bonus features may be subject to vesting schedules, surrender charges, recapture provisions, or other limitations described in the contract.
